How do I register at PCH Prizes?

To open an account on PCH Prizes, click Register in the upper right hand corner of the website and fill in all of the required details. Once registered, you will be logged in and if you opt-in to our email program you will receive various promotional emails updating you on the newest ways to win.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you cannot remember the password to your account please click on the Forgotten Password? Link directly underneath the Username box in the top right of the PCH Prizes web site. A new password will be sent to the registered e-mail address on your account.

What do I do if I forget my username?

If you forget your username only, then please contact our support team available by chat from 3pm until 1am daily or by e-mail at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Please send any e-mails from the e-mail address with which you registered your PCH Prizes account and include the following details in order for us to provide your username:

• Your name
• Address, with post code
• Date of birth

Can I have more than one PCH Prizes account?

No. You may only have one active account. Any multiple accounts will be closed and any winnings forfeited.

How do I make a deposit to my PCH Prizes account?

In order to make a deposit on PCH Prizes you must first register. After you have set up an account and logged on, click on the cashier tab in the top right hand corner of the screen. Click the deposit button and then select your chosen method of deposit. For more details on the different methods of deposit you can click on the games tab and then payment methods.

How long does it take to process my deposit?

All deposits are processed instantly in to your PCH Prizes account, with the exception of Bank Transfers and Bank Drafts, which can take up to 7 Business days to process and be made available in your PCH Prizes Account.

How do I withdraw my PCH Prizes Game winnings?

To withdraw money from your account, go to Cashier and select the “withdraw” button.

Visa Debit/Credit Cards - If you have made a Debit or Credit card deposit(s) using a Visa card prior to your withdrawal, your money will be refunded to this card.

MasterCard, Maestro, Diners or Solo Cards - If you have deposited via MasterCard, Maestro, Diners or Solo cards, your withdrawal cannot be processed to your card and an alternative method must be selected. For full details of this and all other withdrawal options please see our payment methods section. Please note that in order to withdraw, you must first make a deposit from your chosen deposit method.

In order to withdraw instant win cash prizes via any payment method, you would initially have to make a deposit using that payment method. However, Should you wish to withdraw via banker’s draft then no deposit would be required.

In order to request a cheque, you will need to send an e-mail requesting the amount you’d like to withdraw (please not the minimum withdrawal by cheque is £100) along with your name, address and account number/username to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) from the e-mail address you have registered to your account. PCH Prizes will only send cheques to the address registered on the account and reserve the right to request identification and proof of address. Minimum deposits and withdrawal amounts as well as fees shown on the Payment Methods pages will determine withdrawal options. Please note that the option to withdraw by banker’s draft before depositing is only open to instant win cash prize winners on PCH Prizes and not to non-deposit bonus offers or any other promotion.

You can track the status of your withdrawal requests by entering the cashier and selecting the “Transaction history” screen. The status column in this screen identifies each transaction’s exact phase.

How do I withdraw my Prize Draw or Instant Win Game winnings?

All Prize Draw winnings will either be presented to you in person or sent in the mail in the form of a cheque. To withdraw Instant Win game winnings, please follow the instructions above.

What does “pending withdraws” mean?

Once you make a withdrawal, your withdraw request is pending to be approved by our finance department. By going to the “Pending Withdraw” screen in the “Withdrawal” section of the cashier, you can view all of the requests that are waiting to be processed.

Generally all withdrawals will take a minimum of 1 business day from the time the request was made. Your request can be cancelled during this pending period. If cancelled, your money will be returned to your casino account in order for you to play more Casino games.

Where can I find a history of my financial transactions?

The Cashier’s ‘Transaction History’ section stores a complete history of all your financial actions, such as withdraws and deposit requests.
