How do I play?
Playing PCH Prizes Bingo is fun, exciting and easy. Simply choose the type of game you want to play (from 90, 80 or 75 ball bingo) and our random number generator will pick the numbered balls out completely randomly. If the number that you have on your ticket matched the number that is called it marked (or dabbed) off.
Buying tickets or strips
Before a game starts you will need to use the TICKET PURCHASER and choose the number of tickets you would like for that game of bingo. You will be asked to confirm the purchase of the tickets after you have selected them. You have up until the end of the countdown timer to purchase your tickets, and as long as the countdown timer is not in the final 10 seconds you can always purchase more tickets.
Alternatively simply choose the tickets you want to purchase by clicking on them in the ticket screen. These tickets will all be added to the TICKET PURCHASER box. Once again you will need to confirm the purchase of these tickets by clicking on the confirm button.
You also have the option of purchasing tickets for games that are not yet started, basically pre-buying tickets. To pre-buy tickets for a specific game there a number of ways you can do this:
Bingo Lobby Schedule Page - On this page you will see, listed in date and time order, a list of bingo games with their associated room. Selected the game by clicking on the tick box and then select the number of tickets you want by clicking on the +/- buttons. The total price of the tickets will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, simply click on the green PURCHASE button to confirm the purchase.
Winning
There are usually prizes available for single line, double line and full house on PCH Prizes Bingo. You do not need to mark off the numbers to win the prize, PCH Prizes Bingo can do this for you. The chat screen will display that you are a winner and the big caller will flash your details on the screen. If, on the very rare occasion, that more than 1 player wins the prize, the prize will be divided equally amongst the winners.
How Do I Mark or ‘Dab’ the Numbers?
PCH Prizes Bingo gives you the option to manually dab the numbers yourself or you can use the Auto Dab function where the Bingo Software will automatically mark the numbers for you.
Choose the Dab Shape, The Dab Colour and the Dabber Style by clicking on the Options Tab at the top of the screen.
The Auto Dab function will always be on at the start of every game, however to switch it off at any point during the game click the Auto Dab function.
Strip and Ticket Sorting
When you are close to winning a prize you can select to sort your tickets to show which are the closest to winning a prize. Simply click on the Ticket Options above the tickets once the game starts to select how you want the tickets sorting.
The Chat Moderators do not work for PCH Prizes so cannot answer your questions on account matters or refunds, for these type of issues please contact our Customer Services Team.
How can I check what game I have played?
When you are in the bingo room simply click on the tab that says Account and then Bet History. There will be numerous ways you can search for any game you have played.
Can I deposit real money without leaving the game?
Yes, just click the Options and Bank tab.
I was disconnected, what happens?
Any cards you bought will automatically play so you don’t need to worry about missing out. If you manage to log on before the game ends you will be able to go back into the game and play as normal.
Can I cancel tickets once I’ve purchased them?
Unfortunately, not. You must ensure that you are happy with the tickets you’re purchasing before you click the confirm button. Once confirmed, the tickets cannot be refunded.
Do I need to claim my prize if I get house?
No, house will be automatically called for you. Don’t forget to let everyone know on chat you have won.

Can I Play on the Slot machines while playing bingo?
Yes, simply click on the game you want to play and the slot will open up in the window, you can continue to chat and play bingo at the same time.
Can I chat with other players?
Of course you can, the PCH Prizes Bingo room is your own little community where you can play bingo and chat with everyone else. You can choose buddys and meet new friends all in PCH Prizes Bingo. To make sure that you have fun whilst playing bingo we have friendly Chat Moderators (CMs). They are there to chat, play fun games, and every now and again spread some magic dust however they don’t play the game itself
How much does it cost to play?
The tickets are priced individually, starting from just 1 pence.
What is bonus money?
Bingo bonus money is essentially free money, and we’ll give you a lot of it! You can earn Bonuses when you deposit, by winning contests or by being in chat and winning our chat games. If you have both real cash and Bonus funds in your account, the real cash will be used first. You cannot withdraw Bonus money but you can buy cards with it and win real money that way. Come in and grab some!
